The most standout part was the huge and comfy bed 😉 The location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and the breakfast was quite good too. Just wish the breakfast area felt a bit larger, it got crowded.

It's not all bad, but it's not all good
Breakfast was good! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family's needs.
Staff at reception could be more accommodating. We faced long wait times at check-in.

The breakfast was good. Plus, we were luckily upgraded to a spacious suite. Don't miss local gems like Descobertas Restaurant just a stone's throw away.
The only hiccup was that they forgot to replace the towels during cleaning. Front desk sorted it quickly, but, man, wish hotel lighting had dimmers for those cozy vibes!

The location of the hotel was great allowing you to explore the Expo ('98) area and to reach the rest of the city by easy metro connection. If you stay at this hotel, don't miss a great dinner in d'Bacalhau on Rua da Pimenta 43 which at walking distance from the hotel.

location excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We would use this hotel again and would recommend to other people. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful but perhaps a little more imagination would improve, but just a small point.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk to the train station and a massive mall. Our spacious room was perfect for our family of four, and we really appreciated the clean, comfortable space. The kids loved the variety at breakfast, especially the pastries.
In my wife's opinion, the ironing facility was quite inconvenient.

Upscale hotel with incredibly nice and always pleasant staff, close to an oceanarium and a casino. New-fashioned, well-maintained room with a separate bathroom and a hair dryer, a bidet and fresh towels. Fantastic and plentiful choices for the breakfast. Efficient check-in, easy check-out. Really good experience there.

The location was excellent. Certainly the quietest hotel we've ever experienced.
Fruit juice at breakfast was rather insipid.

The place was upscale and had very welcoming and consistently courteous staff at the reception desk, loved the stay. The restaurant was nice for a buffet breakfast, we ordered hot dishes. The location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from an Altice arena.
